Transforming a Hidden Gem in Mukilteo

It might not look like much now, but we’re about to make this property shine!

Exciting Times Ahead!

A couple of years ago, we had the incredible opportunity to assist some of our investors in acquiring a unique piece of land in Mukilteo, right near the speedway. This lot was originally part of a larger parcel, which was subdivided into five distinct lots. While the other four had a more traditional layout, ours stood out with its smaller, sloped design—and we love a good challenge!

With Mukilteo’s world-class views, a tall, slender home is the perfect fit for this lot. Now, with the land secured, a comprehensive Geotech Study completed, and some initial drawings in hand, we’re ready to bring this vision to life.

Collaborating with HomeFree

We recently met with Lesa and Jon at HomeFree, and we couldn’t be more excited to collaborate with them in creating this breathtaking property. What makes this project even more special is our opportunity to integrate innovative solutions from Greener Concrete and Zeo-Lock. These materials will elevate our build to a whole new level—combining sustainability with cutting-edge construction techniques.

A Second Project on the Horizon

And the excitement doesn’t stop there! Later today, we had a productive meeting with another group of investors about developing the lots directly across the street from our current project. What makes this even more amazing? This group has already been in talks with the city.

The best part? I believe the very same contacts I’ve worked with—the ones who can facilitate this process—are the ones I’m scheduled to meet with on Monday! The timing, the alignment—it’s nothing short of serendipitous.
